Delivery & Returns
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day, excluding weekends and bank holidays. All orders are shipped on a Next Day Service with DPD (please be aware there are currently some delays on DPD deliveries).

Returns & Exchanges
We hope you are happy with your purchase but if you wish to return any of the items purchased we would be happy to refund in full subject to the conditions below.
Goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
For hygiene reasons only full, undamaged and unopened packages can be returned.
The cost of returning the goods will be paid by yourselves.
Where goods are returned in accordance with these conditions we will credit your original payment method, excluding any delivery costs.
We’ll process your return as soon as it’s received in the warehouse. Refunds will be made within 10 working days from receipt of the returned goods.
